As STB’s flagship platform for the tourism sector, TIC 2026 brought 600 industry stakeholders together around the theme Tourism Resilience in an Evolving World. The conference needed to align the sector around Singapore’s next stage of tourism growth, while creating a clear environment for industry exchange, destination storytelling and future-facing conversations on technology, innovation and resilience. 

Our approach was to build a sense of optimism through every layer of the conference experience. From partner showcases and technology demonstrations to networking moments and thought leadership opportunities, the event environment helped make Singapore tourism’s next stage of growth visible, actionable, and shared. It connected STB’s sector priorities with the people, ideas, and collaborations needed to move them forward. 

The result was an end-to-end environment that translated STB’s vision into a clear industry platform. Visual identity, spatial planning, programme flow, partner coordination and digital touchpoints worked together across the web portal, registration, stage environments, technology showcases and networking zones. With digital motifs and animated landmark silhouettes carrying the theme through the experience, TIC 2026 made strategic priorities visible, understandable and actionable.
